Je suis le seul sur forum à écouter de "vieux" artistes comme Gil Scott Heron ?

Je ne peux que te conseiller d'écouter le reste de son oeuvre, un des plus grand dans son genre !

Un des père du Rap. Si ce n'est la père du Rap.

 

 

Mais non tommy, personne n'a jamais écouté de vieille musique, t'es un pionnier !

 

 

Bah c'est juste que je trouve que ça manque un peu d'un coté funky-soul par ici, tu ne trouves pas ?

 

 

Sinon DE LA SOUL revient bientôt avec un nouvel album et en attendant il on publié aujourd'hui ce petit featuring avec N'as, vraiment pas mal !

C'est assurément son morceau le plus célèbre..!

J'aime beaucoup Angel Dust aussi, mais j'ai une version Live de The Bottle qui est géniale et introuvable sur YT ou Itunes..

 

Sinon Johannesburg est géniale aussi (comme presque tout ce qu'il a fait..)

(Surtout ce live..)

 

Tu en as pensé quoi de son dernier Album avant sa mort Serdondoreta ?

Tu en as pensé quoi de son dernier Album avant sa mort Serdondoreta ?

 

Je ne suis pas spécialement un fan de Gil Scott-Heron, je suis plutôt fan de "soul-funk-jazz" et donc tout naturellement j'ai quelques LP's du sieur.

Perso, je n'ai jamais écouté son dernier album et me suis arrêté à Reflections...Moving Target étant trop reggae pour moi.
