Members attending home matches at Emirates Stadium are requested to print a copy of this confirmation email and bring it to the match, together with their membership card, in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium.
Friends and Family, O2 Priority and General sale bookings
Please note that paper tickets will be sent to all supporters that purchase tickets during the Friends and Family, O2 Priority and general sale periods. Please note that we are unable to activate any membership cards once the Friends and Family sale period commences. Non Members attending home matches at Emirates Stadium will be provided with tickets to gain entry to the stadium Paper tickets purchased through Friends and Family, O2 Priority or on General sale will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address . In the unlikely event that members do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) the day before the game. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00 Monday-Friday. Supporters purchasing tickets via the TicketFast facility will be sent a second email containing your Ticketfast ticket as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print the ticket(s) for entry to the game.
Any overseas bookings completed during these sale periods will not be sent out. The tickets will be held for collection at the Arsenal South West Kiosk on podium level opposite turnstile S which will open 3 hours before kick-off on the day of the fixture.
Donc je pense qu'il faut tenir compte de la dernière phrase il faut donc récupérer les billets sur place.
